Purchasing Vouchers
How will I get my Voucher
Right as you complete the purchase, you will receive the confirmation email which contains your Voucher Number. Essentially, this number is all you really need. This makes it the perfect last minute gift idea.
However, many people prefer to get the physical voucher so they have something substantial to give as a gift. There are two options to obtain a Physical Voucher like the one in the picture:
Option A - Pick up in Person
You can pick up the voucher at either one of our locations in person. Just be sure to call ahead. We do not staff the rooms unless there are bookings so calling ahead will be neccessary. If you are in the Denver metro area, this is often the fastest way to get it.
Option B - Mail it to me
We can also mail the Voucher to you. This requires a few days, but we’d be happy to do it free of charge. Please just email us the address and we’ll get it out to you right away.
