I'm Nesho. I built all three of these rooms myself — the first one back in 2018. Here's what you'll walk into.
Best for beginners · Difficulty 6/10
An Indiana-Jones-style adventure inside the ancient castle of The Order, where you're after a magical artifact that controls time itself. It's our easiest room and the one I'd start almost anyone on — the puzzles begin gently and build, so first-timers and families find their footing before it gets tricky. It's also where a lot of people fall in love with escape rooms.
The one that started it all · Difficulty 7/10
A 1970s diamond heist with more Ocean's-11 swagger than slapstick: steal the Pink Panther before Inspector Clouseau arrives. This was the very first room I ever built, back in 2018 — it's where Mystic began. The tech is simpler than our newest rooms, but it's a genuinely fun, stylish caper that groups still rave about.
Our most-awarded room · Difficulty 8/10
A dark-fantasy race to lift an ancient curse inside an abandoned monastery before the moon cycle ends. It's the most technologically advanced room at our Littleton location and the one that put us on the map — it has puzzles you won't find anywhere else in Colorado, and it's been featured by roomescapeartist.com. If you've done a few rooms and want a real challenge, this is the one.
I opened Mystic in Littleton in 2018 with The Pink Panther, added The Amulet of Time two months later, and built The Book of Souls a year after that — it took three times the time and money of the first two combined, and it's the room that put us on the map. You can almost trace my craft across these three rooms in order.
What stayed constant is the rule I build to: the puzzle has to belong to the story — it should feel like something that would actually exist in that world, not a padlock and a riddle dressed up in a theme. It's the difference between solving a room and being inside one.
I'd rather show you than tell you we're good. If it's your first escape room, or you're bringing family, start with The Amulet of Time — it's our easiest and it eases you in. Want a fun, stylish caper for a mixed group? The Pink Panther. Done a few rooms and after a real challenge with advanced tech? The Book of Souls, our hardest and most-awarded. And since you can only play each room once, it's worth doing them in the order that fits your group.
The Amulet of Time. It's our easiest room (difficulty 6 of 10) and it's built to ease you in — the early puzzles are gentle so first-timers can build momentum and confidence before it gets harder. It's the room I'd start almost anyone on.
Yes — Littleton is our more family-oriented location. The Amulet of Time is the friendliest starting point for younger players, and accompanied by adults (who tend to carry the more abstract puzzles), kids have a genuinely great time.
Go by difficulty: start with The Amulet of Time (6/10) if you're new or bringing family; The Pink Panther (7/10) is a fun, stylish heist for a mixed group; and The Book of Souls (8/10) is our most-awarded room and the pick if you want a real challenge with advanced technology.
Four to six players is the sweet spot for all three Littleton rooms. Two or three can absolutely book — you'll just feel the challenge more. Bigger groups can split across rooms; reach out and we'll help you coordinate.
5776 S Rapp St, in Old Town Littleton, CO 80120. We have designated on-site parking, so parking is one less thing to think about. And because you're in Old Town, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance for afterward.
