Can we start with an estimated headcount?
Yes—even when booking. We can adjust a few guests up or down, so you don’t need an exact count. Larger changes may affect your event arrangement; just check with Anna Maria.
How do larger teams play?
Our Denver lounge accommodates events up to 100 guests. The escape rooms currently accommodate 20 players at a time, increasing to 30 after November 1, 2026. Larger groups take turns while the rest of the team enjoys cocktails and food at the lounge.
What is included in the price?
Escape rooms are priced per player. There is no separate lounge space rental fee, but a food-and-beverage minimum may apply. Your proposal states the game total, lounge minimum, reserved time, taxes, gratuity and payment requirements.
Can we bring dinner or pay for drinks separately?
Outside catering or a food truck can be arranged; our own menu features small shareable plates rather than a full dinner. Outside food does not count toward or reduce the lounge minimum. Company tabs, individual tabs or a combination can count toward the minimum, with the organizer responsible for any shortfall.
Will the lounge be private?
Groups under 20 can request a regular reservation. Groups of 20–35 use a semi-private arrangement; 36–100 require a private event. There are approximately 50 indoor seats, so a large event is not an all-seated dinner. We’ll agree on the layout and reserved time in advance.
What if we’ve never played an escape room?
No worries at all. First-timers tend to have the most fun! Figuring out what you’re supposed to do IS the game. And if you get stuck, we offer unlimited clues and hints.
How do we secure our date?
Send an inquiry and Anna will check availability and prepare your proposal. An inquiry does not reserve the venue. Escape rooms require full payment on one card; lounge deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment.
