FAQ

What if one of us can’t make it?

Stuff happens - we get it. If one of your team members is unable to attend, we can always refund you when you arrive to account for the final number of players. We can also add players, as long as you do not exceed the maximum group size of 6 players.

I’ve never done this before. What should I know?

Not to worry. Most people who come to an escape room are in fact new to escaping. We have a lot of good tips for you, but in the end you’ll just have to try it to understand. The most important advice we can give you, is to have fun! Embrace the game and your friends, not the outcome. That being said, here are some great pointers:

What are the RULES?

There are 5 rules that are important to know:

  1. NO FORCE NEEDED
Everything that is meant to move will do so easily if you do the right thing. No need to push or lift heavy objects or force anything.
  2. FEET ON THE GROUND
Please don’t climb on anything. Everything is within reach, even for our youngest adventurers.
  3. MIND MOVING PARTS
Some puzzles move. Please keep away until they finish moving to prevent injury.
  4. NOT PART OF THE GAMEThese stickers mark operational or decorative items that are not puzzle related.
  5. ELECTRICITY IS REAL
All outlets and electrical components are functional. Please don’t touch them. They are not part of the game.

What if I’m Claustrophobic?

Our rooms can be on the small side, but they generally do not trigger the feeling of being trapped. That being said, most rooms do require at least one or two players to squeeze through an opening that may be smaller than a typical door. If this is a concern for you, please call us, and we’d be happy to provide dimensions and any other details you may need.

Is it dark or scary in there?

Not at all. Our rooms do have dimmed lighting and thrilling background music to help with the athmosphere and immersion, but they are not designed to be scary. Some sound effects might startle you, but it is definitely more fun than scary.
